THE PLEDGE PROCESS:
Pledging is the period between recruitment and joining the Brotherhood. It's a chance for interested individuals to learn about the co-ed fraternity, its history, and whether Alpha Rho Chi is the right fit for you!
Pledges attend regular meetings with the their pledge class and the Worthy Pledge Trainers. Here they learn the meaning of Brotherhood, the Fraternity, and the Anthemios Chapter from collegiate Brothers. Pledges also bond with their pledge class through assigned projects and studying. We place a high value on teaching professional skills such as portfolio and resume building, how to present a project, and how to dress professionally. Through the pledge process, Pledges will learn these professional skills! Also, during this time, Pledges will be assigned a "Pledge Dad" who is tasked with mentoring their "Pledge Son" though the pledging process as well as their time in the Brotherhood.
When the time comes, the Pledge class will be initiated as full Brothers of the Fraternity gaining all the rights and benefits of current and previous Brothers before them!
