What is it?

Memberplanet is the new membership database provided by the Grand Council for all organizations of Alpha Rho Chi. This platform allows for easy management of individual Brothers' profiles that can be maintained by each Brother. Memberplanet also allows for collection of dues payments.

What are the benefits?

The primary benefits of Memberplanet greatly favor those in administrative positions throughout the Fraternity. Such as,

• One central database provided by the Grand Council for all organizations to use eliminating the need for individual databases maintained by individual organizations.
• Streamlined management of Brothers transitioning from Collegiate to Alumni status.
• Event planning and organizing tools
• Communication/mass-email/campaign tools
• Membership dues collection and payment of national fees.

Find Old Friends

Memberplanet acts as a Fraternity wide phone book, where you, by logging in to your account, can look up the name of any Brother and send a secure message via the platform's internal messaging system. The receiver is notified via email of the message regardless of their status on the platform and can respond like a regular email. Your personal contact information is only accessible to administrators and is never viewable to anyone else that may be searching for you.

How to Login

Your account already exists. If your email on file with the Association and the Fraternity is current, you should have received an invitation to join Memberplanet. Be sure to check your spam or social folders. You do not need to create a new account. There also is no link to login for this reason.  If you are encountering issues logging in and claiming your account, or cannot find your invitation, please contact the President or Secretary to assist in accessing your account.
