15 Financial Summary

Notes:

1. Building repair costs to Halfar Plumbing in 2001-2002 covers the replacement of the boilers from the old system to the new high efficient system and all associated parts and construction that needed to be done.

2. Building repair costs to Design Build Services in 2001-2002 is for the house and the annex including major and minor repairs. This includes the construction of the annex basement apartment, new windows, gutters siding, electrical work, etc.

3. All costs in security category are for A-1 Alarm Systems in Champaign, or Ameritech (now SBC). We have Burglar and fire alarm monitoring with a connected phone line. Monthly charges plus repairs and upgrade costs.

4. The "Supplies" category is 100% of the money sent back to the fraternity for their expenses. I do not attempt to budget how much they put towards food vs. utilities vs. social, etc.
